MOTION TO NOTE FOR THE RECORD County Administrator executed a fourth Modification to Subgrant Agreement Between the Division of Emergency Management and Broward County (“Subgrant Agreement”) to reinstate and extend the terms of the Subgrant Agreement through December 31, 2026, to allow for completion of the retrofitting of the North and Central Homeless Assistance Centers’ (“HAC”) structures and for the installation of emergency generators and to maintain eligibility for grant funding.
