MOTION TO DISCUSS revised Administrative Action Plan for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) grant funds in the amount of $29,222,000 (“Action Plan”), and provide direction regarding funding allocations.
