MOTION TO NOTE FOR THE RECORD County Administrator executed a fourth Modification to Subgrant Agreement Between the Division of Emergency Management and Broward County (“Subgrant Agreement”) to reinstate and extend the terms of the Subgrant Agreement through December 31, 2026, to allow for completion of the retrofitting of the North and Central Homeless Assistance Centers’ (“HAC”) structures and for the installation of emergency generators and to maintain eligibility for grant funding. B. MOTION TO REAUTHORIZE County Administrator or her written designee to execute any future amendments, change orders, or other documents required by the Division of Emergency Management (“DEM”), or any successor agencies, related to the Subgrant Agreement, provided that such documents do not impose any additional material financial risk or obligation on the County, and are subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office.
